The GBPC Elementary After-School Program provides a Christ-centered, safe, and engaging environment for students in grades K–5 after the regular school day ends Monday through Friday. The program gives students a fun and enriching space to learn, play, and grow.

Program Highlights:
• Homework help to reinforce school learning
• Bible stories and character-building lessons to instill faith-based values
• Arts & crafts, music, and creative activities to encourage imagination and build fine motor skills
• Group games and social time to build friendships and community
• Outdoor play and physical activities to promote health and teamwork
• A light healthy snack is provided daily

Location
Held on-site at Gulf Breeze Presbyterian Church (GBPC)

Eligibility and Registration
• Open to students enrolled in kindergarten through fifth grade.
• A completed registration form and first month payment (by credit/debit card only)is required to reserve a spot. The payment forms will arrive by a separate email after registration.
• A separate completed registration form and first month payment form is required for each child.
• Enrollment is limited with priority for church members and returning participants, and then offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Rolling Admission: New registrants may be accepted throughout the school year if space allows.

Program Hours • Monday through Friday 2:45 PM to 5:30 PM
• Children riding the Santa Rosa County School bus from Gulf Breeze Elementary will be met by program staff at the designated school bus stop near GBPC Monday through Friday. Church Van pickup from Oriole Beach Elementary will be on TUESDAYS ONLY. No other dates have Church Van pickup. A Transportation permission form for Oriole Beach parents will be provided upon completion of registration.
• The program does not operate on Santa Rosa County school holidays, teacher planning days, or during inclement weather closures. Attendance and Pick-Up Policy
• Parents/guardians must notify the program if the child will be absent.
• Children must be picked up no later than 5:30 PM. A late fee of $1.00 per minute may be charged after that time.
• Authorized adults (listed in the registration form) must present valid ID when picking up children.

Tuition and Fees

• Annual Registration Fee: $25 non-refundable per family (not required for those already registered on for the Tuesday program)
• Tuition: $250 per month ($200 for church members), August through May, plus credit/debit card fee currently $7.25 approximately per transaction
• Monthly tuition is due on the start date, and thereafter on the first day of each month.
• Late Pick-Up Fee: $1 per minute at time of sign out to be billed monthly and monthly payable with tuition payments
• Late or non-payment may result in suspension or loss of enrollment from the program.
• No refunds will be issued for absences, holidays, or early withdrawals without prior agreement.

Materials and Costs
• Program materials are provided at no additional cost.
• DONATIONS OF SUPPLIES ARE APPRECIATED BUT NOT REQUIRED

Behavioral Expectations
• Respectful behavior is always expected.
• Repeated disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in temporary suspension or dismissal from the program.
• Parents/guardians will be notified of any serious behavioral concerns.

Safety and Supervision
• Children who are sick (fever, vomiting, contagious illness), should be kept at home.
• In the event of illness or injury during program hours, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
• Emergency medical care may be sought if necessary.
• Parents/guardians must inform the program staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions during registration.
• Program staff are not permitted to administer medication.
• Program staff and adult volunteers undergo background checks and training to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
• Activities are designed to be safe and age appropriate.

Feedback and Communication
Parents/guardians are welcome to provide feedback or discuss concerns with program staff at any time.

• Monthly updates will be shared via email, app or handouts to keep families informed about the program.

Privacy and Sharing
• Children’s participation details will not be shared publicly without parental/guardian consent.
• Photos or videos may be taken during program activities for promotional purposes; opt out is available by indicating so on the registration form.

Cancellation & Withdrawals

• Parents/Guardians should provide at least 2 weeks’ notice in writing to withdraw a child from the program in order to adjust staffing
• The program reserves the right to cancel a child’s enrollment for non-compliance with policies or repeated violations.

Modifications to Terms
• GBPC reserves the right to update the program terms with prior notice to parents/guardians.

Parental Consent
